Citadel Completions and L3Harris Join Forces to Deliver Advanced Commercial-Class Aircraft Modifications

MELBOURNE, Fla. — Citadel Completions and L3Harris Technologies (NYSE:LHX) are teaming to provide a complete range of advanced maintenance, repair and overhaul services for commercial aircraft.

The team will leverage Citadel’s world-class completion center, which is equipped for heavy maintenance, repair and overhaul of narrow and widebody aircraft, with hangar and ramp space to accommodate multiple aircraft programs. The Citadel team has extensive experience with multiple original equipment manufacturer platforms.

“Our combined resources bring a powerhouse of leadership, experience and ability not only to our VIP interior completions customers, but to a wider range of commercial aviation customers who require a broad spectrum of services,” said Joe Bonita, Managing Director, Citadel Completions.

The team also will leverage L3Harris’ 35-year experience modifying aircraft from single-engine turboprops to widebody jets at its facilities in Waco and Greenville, Texas and Tulsa, Oklahoma. The company has Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) Organization Designation Authorization and performs all engineering, inspection and flight testing required for FAA certification.
