Our experience includes the support of new construction, ship repair to shipyards, and the ISE Agent to design and install new waveguide systems, including SHF and EHF SATCOM. We maintain the machinery, tooling and test equipment to fabricate, finish and test all types of waveguide for use in the 2-46 GHz operating ranges.
We have proven processes to maintain the critical flange/waveguide alignment while brazing and we maintain detailed records of the type, length and flange configuration of installed systems should the need for replacement of a waveguide arises. We also can provide fast turnaround times for the fabrication and shipment of waveguide.
