Precise manufacturing and installation of electrical and electronic components ensures that quality extends from our people to your projects. Our electrical and electronic manufacturing supports both internal and external government, military and commercial customers by building the cables, harnesses, racks, consoles (large and small) and circuit card assemblies that are installed directly or stowed for later installation in support of other equipment.
Wire/Harness Fabrication
In-house capabilities include fabrication of fiber optic, cylindrical multi-pin, coaxial and rectangular arinc harnesses and cables, as well as manufacture of form boards, markers and placards.
Spectrum Laser Wire Machine
Cutting edge electrical manufacturing capabilities keep our processes effective, efficient and accurate.
Rack/Console
Electrical manufacturing at L3Harris involves lab and off-site installation and support, in addition to rack and console wiring, mechanical mods and automated wire Omni test capabilities.
Electronic Unit Assembly
Performs continuity testing for end item units that mount switches, control panels and instruments in aircraft, vehicles or other equipment such as antennas and power distribution boxes.
PC Boards
Offers complete circuit card assembly installation and soldering of electronic components (integrated circuits, resistors, capacitors, inductors, terminal posts, etc.) onto printed circuit boards (per IPC J-STD-001 Class 3) including automated SMT: 2.2” sq to 02x01, microwave antenna assembly, and RF cavity fusion.
